Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited is proposing to make a non-renounceable entitlement offer of ordinary shares pursuant to a Prospectus dated 12 March 2009 which was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") on that date (the "Prospectus").  

Applicants for shares will be required to complete an Application Form that accompanies the Prospectus. An electronic copy of the Prospectus is available from this site. Shares will be offered on the basis of the electronic copy of the Prospectus displayed. Shares will only be issued on the basis of a printed copy of the Application Form included in the electronic copy of the Prospectus.   Prospective investors should read the entire Prospectus. The Prospectus has 32 pages and the electronic copy is in Adobe portable document format and is approximately 250 KB in size. You should ensure that any copy you view or print is complete.
